Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to TextToSpeechSkills, including the website, studio, API, MCP tools, skills, generated audio, voice templates, workspaces, and related services.

By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, and workspace access secure. API keys and MCP credentials should only be used in server-side or trusted environments.

You may invite users to workspaces when your plan supports it. Workspace owners are responsible for user access, billing settings, and activity under their workspace.

Paid plans include the credits shown at checkout. Credits are used when speech is generated. Workspaces are available on Pro and higher for $2 per user per month unless another price is shown at checkout.

Payments, taxes, invoices, subscription changes, and payment method handling may be processed by Paddle or another authorized billing provider. Your subscription continues until cancelled.

You may not use TextToSpeechSkills to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful audio, or to impersonate people without appropriate permission.

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer private service routing, interfere with the service, resell access without permission, or expose credentials in client-side code.

You are responsible for the text, prompts, templates, tags, and other content you submit. You should make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and intended use of generated audio.

Subject to these terms and your payment obligations, you may use generated audio for your own products, content, and workflows. We may retain limited records needed for billing, abuse prevention, debugging, and service operation.

We may update features, plans, limits, documentation, and policies as the service evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is violating these terms, creating security risk, or causing harm to the service or others.

TextToSpeechSkills is provided as a hosted software service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
